Who: Utkan Gunerkan
Where: Born in Turkey but living in Milan, Italy
What inspires you? I am inspired by design styles from the ’60s and the ‘70s but am also obsessed with Scandinavian minimalism and how it interacts with my architectural language.
Why do you do what you do? I got into visualization because I believe that it’s the best way to communicate projects and visions to non-architect clients.
Tell us a little bit about the #MadeOnFiverr we featured on Fiverr Discover: That was such a surprise! I wasn’t expecting it at all! The work was a showcase kitchen for a client’s house in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It’s a very warm area so the traditional cooking is done in open air. That lead to the indoor kitchen design, meant to be a sculptural piece, a connection between the dining room and the garden.
Describe your style in a word: That’s hard! I think clean but distinctive. So two words 🙂
What are your Fiverr goals?
My goal is to work on great projects with high-level clients and extend my international connections. That’s the best thing about Fiverr, that you can actually do that!
